If you build a product that puts your own customers on Peppol, our pricing had three doors — Pilot, Starter and Growth — and you had to guess which one you would still fit through in a year. Today there is one.
The plan
- EUR 99 a month. One contract, one DPA, identity verification of your customer companies, the sandbox, and support.
- EUR 0.25 per production document, sent or received. A customer that exchanges two invoices costs you two documents.
- 50 customer Legal Entities included, then EUR 1 per registered Legal Entity per month. Deregister a customer you no longer serve and it stops counting.
No setup fee, no per-customer minimum, no cap to outgrow. One central bill for the whole platform, never one per customer. Accrued usage is charged when it reaches EUR 50, so a quiet month does not produce a stream of micro-charges. Past roughly two thousand documents a month, talk to us about a committed rate.
Why we removed the ladder
The old plans each capped how many customer companies you could serve — 10 on Pilot and Starter, 50 on Growth — so onboarding an eleventh customer meant moving from EUR 199 to EUR 499 a month. The caps were published; that is not the problem with them. The problem is that a 300-euro step for one more customer is a per-customer price wearing a different hat, and it had the worst property a price can have: it moved the day you succeeded.
EUR 1 per company beyond 50 is the same idea without the cliff. Your bill moves by one euro when your business moves by one customer.
What has not changed
- Contracts already signed keep the terms they were signed on. Nothing about this is retroactive, and no existing platform is asked to migrate.
- The Business plans are untouched — they are for companies invoicing under their own name, not for platforms invoicing for others.
- The sandbox stays free, with unlimited test documents and up to 10 test customer companies, before and after you go live. It needs no agreement.
Production access is still gated on a signed platform agreement and DPA, so responsibilities and data processing terms are settled before the first live customer document.
