One Platform plan: EUR 99 a month, EUR 0.25 a document, 50 customer companies included

platformpricing

If you build a product that puts your own customers on Peppol, our pricing had three doors — Pilot, Starter and Growth — and you had to guess which one you would still fit through in a year. Today there is one.

The plan

No setup fee, no per-customer minimum, no cap to outgrow. One central bill for the whole platform, never one per customer. Accrued usage is charged when it reaches EUR 50, so a quiet month does not produce a stream of micro-charges. Past roughly two thousand documents a month, talk to us about a committed rate.

Why we removed the ladder

The old plans each capped how many customer companies you could serve — 10 on Pilot and Starter, 50 on Growth — so onboarding an eleventh customer meant moving from EUR 199 to EUR 499 a month. The caps were published; that is not the problem with them. The problem is that a 300-euro step for one more customer is a per-customer price wearing a different hat, and it had the worst property a price can have: it moved the day you succeeded.

EUR 1 per company beyond 50 is the same idea without the cliff. Your bill moves by one euro when your business moves by one customer.

What has not changed

Production access is still gated on a signed platform agreement and DPA, so responsibilities and data processing terms are settled before the first live customer document.
