Where you can invoice from

Peppol is one network, but every country decides how a company proves who it is. That is what sets the list below — not the network, and not our roadmap.

You can send to the whole network. Any Peppol participant, in roughly 30 countries, whatever this page says. What changes by country is where you can issue from — because that is where we have to verify your company.

We verify your company against the national business register automatically. These countries add no Peppol rules of their own, so the shared rulebook is the whole rulebook — there is nothing country-specific to get wrong.

We complete the checks with you and review your first invoice before it goes out, so a national rule can't reject it after you thought it was sent. Email us and we'll walk you through it.

Why the list looks like this

Every invoice on the network is judged against 333 rules that apply everywhere. Eight countries add their own on top of that — a Dutch invoice has to carry a Dutch company number, a German one has different requirements again — and getting those wrong means the network rejects the invoice after you thought it was sent.

So a country is only self-serve here when we can do two things: check your company against its national register, and catch that country's own rules before your invoice leaves. Where one of the two is missing, we do it with you rather than let you find out from a rejection.

Don't see your country?Tell us which one you need— that is how we pick what to build next.
